  5. The guarantee does not apply to "non-proctored" exams, i.e., online exams without a proctor.
  6. Our Guarantee Policy does not apply to Adobe, Slack, SAP, Dell EMC, and SSCP exams.
  7. Retired exam. (For customers who use our current product to attend the already retired exam.)
  8. There is no refund claim if you have got the product sold at a reduced price or obtained it for free.
  9. The refund option is not valid for Bundles / Packages, and thus, cannot claim a guarantee on such purchases.
